Baked Tortilla Toffee Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

  • Plain White 20cm Mission Tortillas
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 Eating apples such as pink lady
  • 50g Toffee Sauce
  • 20g Sugar
  • 2g Cinnamon

Method

  1. Take white wraps (1 per portion) and cut into triangles, random shapes or use a funky cutter.  Brush with a little oil or melted butter
  2.  
    Place on a baking tray & bake in a moderate oven for around 6 minutes.
  3.  
    Mix sugar & cinnamon together & sprinkle this over the nachos as soon as they come out of the oven.
  4.  
    Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced apples and cook for 5 minutes until slightly soft
  5.  
    Pile the nachos onto a serving plate & top with the buttery apple slices
  6.  
    Drizzle with toffee sauce & serve
