Salmon & Noodle Tortilla ‘Sushi’ Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 Mission wrap
  • 30g Noodles
  • 50g hot smoked salmon
  • 12g red pepper strips
  • 10g sugar snap peas
  • 30g sweet chilli sauce
  • 6g fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Take 1 Mission wrap &  spread the sweet chilli sauce all over
  2. Pile the noodles along the middle of the wrap
  3. Top with salmon flakes
  4. Put a line of red pepper strips next to the salmon
  5. Put a line of sugar snap peas on the other side of the salmon
  6. Top the salmon with coriander
  7. Roll up leaving the ends open.
  8. Cut into 8 pieces & serve with chopsticks sushi style!
