- Heat the pulled pork and mix with the BBQ sauce.
- For the slaw, finely slice the cabbage, apple & onion then toss together in a bowl with the mayo plus the juice and zest of 1 lime, salt & pepper to taste.
- Warm the tacos in the microwave or a dry pan and then stuff with the pulled pork and slaw, then scatter over some chopped coriander to finish.
Tip: Veggie? No worries, switch the pork for pulled jackfruit!
