Turmeric Spiced Wrap


  • Mission Turmeric Spiced Wrap
  • 2 hot crispy chicken fillets
  • Small handful fresh coriander
  • 50g Katsu Curry sauce (warm)
  • 4 red pepper batons
  • 12g spinach leaves
  • 100g cooked mixed grains (eg. Quinoa, black rice, brown basmati and sunflower seeds)
  • Fresh chillies (optional)


  1. Mix the grains with chopped fresh coriander and season to make the super grain biryani
  2. Spread the warm katsu curry sauce over the turmeric spiced wrap and spoon over the super grain biryani
  3. Add the hot crispy chicken fillets, spinach, red peppers batons and chillies
  4. Roll and cut into pieces
