- Blitz all Chimichurri ingredients in a blender
- Slice and roast vegetables with olive oil
- Cook the steak in a griddle pan and leave to rest before slicing
- Warm the Chocolate Flavoured tortillas for 20 seconds on a hot griddle
- Spread Chimichurri sauce on the tortilla
- Top with vegetables, steak, more sauce and rocket
- Drizzle with yoghurt, roll up and servce!
