Chimichurri Rib Eye Chocolate Flavoured Wrap


  • 4 Mission Chocolate flavoured wraps
  • 500g Rib eye steak
  • Olive oil
  • 20g Rocket leaves
  • 40g Natural yoghurt
  • 120g red pepper deseeded & cut into 10mm strips
  • 120g medium red onion cut into 5mm wedges
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 20g flat leaf parsley roughly chopped
  • 20g coriander roughly chopped
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 50ml good olive oil
  • 20ml red wine vinegar


  1. Blitz all Chimichurri ingredients in a blender
  2. Slice and roast vegetables with olive oil
  3. Cook the steak in a griddle pan and leave to rest before slicing
  4. Warm the Chocolate Flavoured tortillas for 20 seconds on a hot griddle
  5. Spread Chimichurri sauce on the tortilla
  6. Top with vegetables, steak, more sauce and rocket
  7. Drizzle with yoghurt, roll up and servce!
