- Dice chicken breast & tumble with 2tbsp. yoghurt & Tikka curry powder
- Slice the onion and pepper
- Add to the baking tray with the chicken & drizzle with oil
- Bake at 200˚c for 20 mins
- Mix remaining 2tbsp. yogurt with mint sauce to create a raita
- Warm the naan wrap 20 seconds in the microwave
- Spread mango chutney onto the wrap
- Add the chicken, peppers and onions
- Top with a handful of mixed salad leaves and drizzle with mint yoghurt
- Add fresh coriander for a pop of vibrant colour
- Wrap and enjoy!
