Christmas Spice Sweet Nachos With   Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce


  • 2 Mission plain tortillas
  • 30g Butter
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground Ginger
  • 1tbsp Caster sugar
  • 200ml Double cream
  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 2tbsp. castor sugar
  • 1tsp cinnamon


  1. Take Mission plain wraps & stamp out Christmas shapes
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Add the ground cinnamon,  ground ginger, & sugar, mix together
  4. Tumble the Christmas shapes in the butter mixture
  5. Place on a baking tray in a single layer
  6. Bake at 200 degrees c for 6 minutes.
  7. Combine 2tbsp of caster sugar and 1tsp ground cinnamon then sprinkle over the warm chips
  8. Leave to cool
  9. Heat 200ml double cream to near boiling point. Then remove from the heat
  10. Add 100g dark chocolate chunks and stir until melted
  11. Dip into the melted chocolate and enjoy!
