Chilli Bar Marked Brunch Wrap


  • Mission chilli bar marked wrap
  • 60g Sliced avocado (dipped in lime juice to stop it going brown)
  • 20g Diced tomatoes
  • 2g Fresh red chilli slices & a sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
  • 1 Free range fried or poached egg
  • 5g fresh coriander
  • 15g Mixed leaves


  1. Warm a Mission chilli bar marked wrap & top with a handful of mixed leaves.
  2. Add sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, fresh coriander and chillies.
  3. Top with a fried or poached egg (or 2).
  4. Season with sea salt & coarse ground black pepper.
  5. Roll up and serve. Delish!
