Prawn Cocktail Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 30g Mission salted chip
  • 12g Shredded Iceberg
  • 12g sliced cucumber
  • 50g Warm water prawns
  • 30g Marie rose sauce
  • Lemon wedge
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Pile lettuce & cucumber into an individual kilner jar
  2. Top with prawns & Marie rose sauce
  3. Sprinkle with chilli flakes if using
  4. Garnish with lemon
  5. Serve with Mission salted chips as a modern alternative to brown bread & butter
