Christmas Spice Sweet Nachos With Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 Mission plain tortillas
- 30g Butter
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground Ginger
- 1tbsp Caster sugar
- 200ml Double cream
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 2tbsp. castor sugar
- 1tsp cinnamon
Method
- Take Mission plain wraps & stamp out Christmas shapes
- Melt the butter
- Add the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, & sugar, mix together
- Tumble the Christmas shapes in the butter mixture
- Place on a baking tray in a single layer
- Bake at 200 degrees c for 6 minutes.
- Combine 2tbsp of caster sugar and 1tsp ground cinnamon then sprinkle over the warm chips
- Leave to cool
- Heat 200ml double cream to near boiling point. Then remove from the heat
- Add 100g dark chocolate chunks and stir until melted
- Dip into the melted chocolate and enjoy!
