Nutritious Chicken & Avocado Tortilla Wrap


  • Mission Plain 11cm Tortillas
  • 60g Cooked Chicken
  • 50g Avocado
  • 15g Watercress
  • 5g Sun flower seeds
  • 10g Olive oil
  • 10g lime juice


  1. Poach the chicken breast in chicken stock for around 20 minutes until cooked through, shred when cool
  2. De-stone avocado, remove the skin and slice into strips
  3. Add the avocado and chicken to a bowl
  4. Season with salt and pepper  
  5. Drizzle over olive oil and lime juice then tumble together
  6. Add the filling to your tortilla, and dress with watercress and sunflower seeds
  7. Wrap and go!
