Super Juicy Turkey Burger with Sweetcorn @ Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Mission Roasted Red Pepper Pitta
- 417g [15oz] turkey, minced
- 1 ½ tbsp basil, chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp sweetcorn
- 6 ½ - 8 ½ tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 3 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 ½ tbsp Worcester sauce
- salt
- pepper
Salad:
- 134g red cabbage, finely sliced
- 40g red onion, finely sliced
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3 ½ tbsp walnut oil
- 3 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Dipping Sauce:
- 333ml mirin [Japanese fermented rice liqueur]
- 166ml [soy sauce
- 2 tsp five spice powder
- 42g fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 ½ spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli finely chopped
Method
- Place all the ingredients for the dipping sauce into a pan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Slice open the pitta breads and mix together the turkey, basil, sweetcorn, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and Worcester sauce. Season and form into 4 10 small thin burgers. Fry in small batches and keep warm.
- Combine the salad ingredients and leave to marinade for 10 minutes. Into each pitta place a little salad and a burger and serve with the dipping sauce
