Chocolate Biscuit Dried Cherry & Marshmallow Wrap

CHOCOLATE BISCUIT DRIED CHERRY & MARSHMALLOW WRAP
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 10 x Mission Deli Wraps (Original)
  • 500g bitter chocolate
  • 250g milk chocolate
  • 20 Digestive biscuits (300g) crushed lightly
  • 150g semi dried cherries
  • 125g sunflower seeds
  • 150g semi dried cranberries
  • 125g baby marshmallows
  • 5 tbsp golden syrup
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
  2. When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil.
  3. Mix well, then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients.
  4. Carefully mix together.
  5. Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.
  6. Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.
  7. Chill for 2 hours, then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
