Chocolate Biscuit Dried Cherry & Marshmallow Wrap

Ingredients
- 10 x Mission Deli Wraps (Original)
- 500g bitter chocolate
- 250g milk chocolate
- 20 Digestive biscuits (300g) crushed lightly
- 150g semi dried cherries
- 125g sunflower seeds
- 150g semi dried cranberries
- 125g baby marshmallows
- 5 tbsp golden syrup
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
- When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil.
- Mix well, then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients.
- Carefully mix together.
- Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.
- Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.
- Chill for 2 hours, then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
