    The UK’s largest food & drink trade event gets underway

    2011’s largest gathering of international food & drink suppliers is under way at Excel in Docklands. From big brand suppliers to local & regional producers, over 1,100 exhibitors from around the world are showcasing thousands of NEW products.

    We are launching new Moroccan style flatbread that combines the warming spices of cumin and cinnamon with sultanas and a hint of lemon – ideal for mezze platters. Then there is a delicious breakfast bread made with cranberry pieces and infused with orange oil – perfect toasted and served with butter, guaranteed to brighten up any bread basket.

    Our chefs are demonstrating the versatility of its products and how simple it is to create tantalising menus with a point of difference across multiple channels and meal occasions using its extensive range of authentic tortillas, naans, pittas and speciality flatbreads.
